AFP's Italy sport correspondent in Milan after a decade in Rome, covering news and sport for a host of outlets, including Reuters, Vice, Mirror Sport and ESPNFC, the latter of whom host my thoughts on the ever infuriating AS Roma.

I'm based in northern Italy after nearly three years in AFP's Paris HQ, manning the sport desk and handling copy flying in from all over the world. It's a reprisal of the work I did for Reuters during my decade in Rome, where I also worked as a stringer for AFP and freelance journalist for a wide range of outlets, as you can see here.

I speak estuary English, excellent Italian with a hint of Romanesco and underwhelming French.
